I agree that how we use the Web defines the Internet period we are in and moving towards. You are right, Web3.0 is even happening now, the idea of a semantic web is an amazing concept and I hold my breath in trepidation for a web which doesn't just suggest alternative spellings to my searches, but goes ahead and gives me further results based on logical reasoning.
